We treat shipping like part of the harvest. Every box leaves Hood Canal packed in eelgrass and ice, then crosses the country on a single FedEx Priority flight.

How is live shellfish shipped?

We pack everything in insulated boxes with eelgrass and food-safe gel ice, then ship FedEx Priority Overnight from our facility on Hood Canal.

What are your shipping cutoffs?

Place orders by 2pm Pacific Monday through Wednesday for same-day shipment. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the next eligible business day.

Do you ship over the weekend?

We ship Mon–Thu only so your shellfish never sit in a warehouse over the weekend. Orders are delivered Tue–Fri.

Where do you ship?

All 48 continental US states. We do not currently ship to AK, HI, or internationally.

Is shipping free?

Free FedEx Priority Overnight on orders over $150. Below that, shipping is calculated by weight and destination at checkout.

My order arrived warm — what do I do?

Email us with a photo within 24 hours and we'll replace or refund. Cold packs can soften in transit; what matters is the shellfish itself is firm, closed, and cold.
